We do not offer refunds on sale items, though we may offer a credit note on current designs upon inspection of the item on its return. This does not include earrings/pierced jewellery.
No refunds or credit notes are offered on discontinued designs. We only exchange items that have been purchased from our online store, items that have been bought from our stockists should be returned to the place of purchase.
Refunds will not be accepted simply for change of mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions you may have before making a purchase.
We will repair any items with manufacturing faults within the first 2 weeks from the purchase date. In case of faulty items, a refund can be given upon inspection of the item, and outgoing postage will be refunded. We reserve the right to not repair, or to add a cost to any goods returned after aforementioned 2 weeks period.
Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidised or on which the plating is fading, broken chain, chipped, cracked or broken stones or bending of rings or earrings etc.
Jewellery is fragile. Our hand made items are priced fairly to reflect the work that has been done to create them. Please note many items we make are hand made each time and as such, to us, are our works of art. Please treat them kindly, do not expect silver to be as strong as gold, or plating not to be damaged if the item is worn daily. If you buy a Mercedes, then take it bush-bashing, do you blame Mercedes for the scratches and dents? Please read our repairs page and read our jewellery care pages carefully. We really appreciate your understanding.
In order to maintain your jewellery in perfect condition, we recommend following our care instructions and having your jewellery serviced annually.
To exchange or receive a credit for your purchase, all Ocean Inside jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or show signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.
Please securely package your item in its original box and send it to the below address using an insured express service with signature on delivery. We will not be held responsible for jewellery lost or damaged during postage back to us.
We are happy to exchange the first item for free with shipping back to you included, however, you will be required to pay for postage back to us.

Items that are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are not sent in the original packaging. Items that are returned outside the specified return timeframe. Items that are purchased on sale or with a discount/promo code
Pierced earring styles.
Should any of the above occur, Ocean Inside will not accept the return and will contact the customer to arrange a return at the customer's expense.
